Post-fair public drop-in event

The Post-Appleby Horse fair Public Drop-In Event will be held on Monday 23rd June 2025 between 5pm - 8pm at Appleby Public Hall. 

Following this years Horse Fair, agencies from the Multi-Agency Strategic Coordination Group (MASCG) are holding a community drop-in event to continue to engage with members of the community

This event will include opening speakers Steph Cordon- Chairperson of the Multi-Agency Strategic Co-ordinating Group for Appleby Horse Fair & Detective Superintendent Dan StQuintin, Appleby Horse Fair Police Gold Command

Following this, there will be an opportunity for you to speak directly with Steph, Dan and a range of officers from Westmorland and Furness Council, Appleby Town Council, Cumbria Constabulary, Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service and other MASCG representatives. 

The event it open to all and you're welcome to drop-in at any point between 5pm and 8pm on the night.

These discussions are an opportunity for you to share your experiences of the Fair, any suggestions you have for positive change, and to ask any specific questions that you may have.
