Wannasee Ltd. recently provided a boost for this year’s Fair when they announced the return of the Travelling Man bar at this year’s Fair. The mobile bar proved a popular addition to last year’s Fair and its return has been welcomed by the MASCG.
Westmorland and Furness Council’s Interim Senior Manager for Public Protection, Emma Brass, said, “Licensed premises opening prior to and during the Fair have agreed to operate with restricted hours. where premises will open at midday, stop serving at 11pm and close at 11.30pm.
“They have also agreed to serve drinks in plastic containers and to provide extra staff to minimise queues. These voluntary measures have been agreed to ensure the safety of customers and staff.”
