Deadline extended for Appleby Fair Strategy public consultation
The Draft Appleby Fair Strategy has gone out to public consultation.
The strategy, which covers 2019 to 2022, outlines the aims, objectives and priorities of the Appleby Fair Multi-Agency Strategic Co-ordinating Group (“MASCG”) for the coming years.
Matthew Neal, Chairman of the MASCG said: “The aim of the strategy is to provide a framework to allow issues to be addressed, rather than to provide answers to specific issues.
“The members of the MASCG work closely with local communities to help reach solutions to any issues raised. The new strategy will aim to build on these links to help develop ever stronger relationships in the future.
